Through the lens of their 50th anniversary, we trace the company’s history from backyard hobby to industry dominance, and set the stage for bigger things to come. What can a family-owned luxury RV maker realistically expect from a 5-day trip to the Dubai and the world's glitziest, most glamorous yacht show? For Liberty Coach and MA1440, the answer can be summed up in the company's longtime tagline: "Miles Ahead of Expectations." When Chicago real estate's premier annual networking and education event needed a fresh marketing approach back in 2012, MA1440 answered the call for an ongoing campaign of web communications and on-site media designed for easy, cost-effective updating year after year. A decade later, we're still delivering just that. How do you make a company stand out in a field where everybody does pretty much the same thing? Our answer was to focus on the "who" rather than the "what" – and soon it became clear that this group just doesn't fit the stereotype. They're young. They're diverse. They're generous, and fun-loving, and honestly interesting people – as well as topflight professionals who are really, really good at what they do. It’s hard to teach a perennial blue ribbon performer like Lexington Homes new tricks. But when today’s rapidly evolving real estate market demanded more highly targeted, community-focused communications than the company had employed in the past, MA1440 answered the call with a campaign that proved impactful, efficient, and highly effective. After nearly three decades serving clients in the commercial, residential and multi-family construction, Chicago contractor ETI Construction was ready to refocus its identity on the multi-family construction work they did best. MA1440 responded with a comprehensive marketing campaign that yielded immediate, measurable returns while branding ETI as a force in Chicago's multi-family development community. When one of Chicago's largest landlords needed help establishing a strong brand presence for their growing portfolio of suburban properties, they called on MA1440 to address the distinctive wants and needs of suburban renters. Our solution – a new "mobile-friendly" website – delivered immediate returns and positioned the firm for further growth throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
